I am the Director of Plant Operations for Serenity Transitional Care and The Canyons Retirement Community in Twin Falls we have been using TH lawn care for lawn care , brush and tree care, sprinklers, sprinkler blowouts, landscaping, snow removal, trash removal and Christmas lights. Trenton has made our two facilities shine with the amount of work that him and his team have done over the last couple of years. Trenton and his team came to our rescue and put in a horse corral at Hidden Paradise-- Idaho's medical camp for children. Trenton and team did a fantastic job replacing our fence. After the wind blew the old fence down, Trenton came right out the next day. He inspected the fence and informed us what needed replaced. When our solar motor for our gate quit, we noticed that our neighbor had someone servicing his gate. My husband went over to see if he would look at our gate. Not only did Trenton look at it, but fixed it at the same time! He then came back at the end of the day (family in the car) to adjust the battery box and lubricate the gate. We have been having Trenton of T&H Outdoor Services doing work for us for two or three years now. He was referred to us by my wife's best friend from Buhl who has been utilizing his services longer than we have. Trenton does a good job of communicating, when he will be there, work to be done, timeframe, pricing, etc. When on the Job, unlike many others, Trenton is actually on site doing the work (along with his team of course). He is diligent, hard working and competent. He has built fences, installed our sprinkler system, sod and complete landscaping for our entire property and he has done some odd jobs too. He handles each part of the job well and if there is ever any issue, there has been very minor issues here and there, he fixes whatever correctly in a timely manner, no problem, no complaint or other nonsense. Where to begin! Trenton came over to measure and give me a bid, he was so knowledgeable and professional, I was impressed. He answered all my questions (and I ask a lot! I am also extremely picky!) after seeing his product, I did not even get another bid. He kept in communication with me, showed up when he said he would. The work was done in a very timely manner. A breath of fresh air to work with someone that I could depend on. I wish I had better photos! It is the most beautiful fence I have ever seen.
